There is a $50 charge for missed appointments without notification two hours in advance. There are no refunds. The purchase currency is US dollars, I accept mastercard and Visa. I am only able to provide services for individuals within the state of Massachusetts.

The charges will be $150 for initial evaluation and $80 for follow-up visits.
